Well, it's our first anniversary. Issue Number 1 went out December 31, 1999 (remember, back in the last millenium?). It's been a fun year for me, spending hours each week surfing the 'net, looking for the Best of the Web about Dogs. My old friend Joe lived so close to the US/Canada border he didn't know which country he lived in, so he hired a surveyor to let him know. The surveyor did his work and said, "Joe, you live in the US," to which Joe replied, "Thank goodness, I don't think I could live through another Canadian winter!"
