If you're sick and tired of spam, join the millions of people who are doing the *only* thing that will stop it... "Just Say No". Delete it and move on. Don't bounce it back to the sender, don't try to get removed from the list, don't have a temper tantrum, just dump it into the trash.

Spam continues to grow because it works... It costs the spammers very little to send it, and it doesn't take too many sales to make it profitable. Most of the claims they make are garbage, but if you see a product that interests you in a spam message, take a few extra minutes to search for the product in Yahoo or Google (or your favorite search engine) and do your business with someone who has a legitimate web site. Even if they're also a spammer, they'll see that your order is coming from the web, not from their spam, and you'll have sent them a useful message.
