It seems like it never stops, a bad actor somewhere keeps too many dogs under terrible conditions, and officials have to step in and at least try to set things right. If you live anywhere near Muscatine County, Iowa, and have a little space in your home and your heart for another best friend, consider getting in touch with the shelter and see if you can help out.
