Kuranda Dog Beds.

What our customers say:
"Having recently ordered and received 8 Kuranda beds for our small 8-run rescue I and the rest of the volunteers are amazed at how they have changed the dogs' dispositions. All they want to do is lie around! No more dog fights, just a bunch of lazy dogs hanging out on their beds. At feeding time one of the dogs hangs her head over the side of the bed to eat her food! I was a doubting Thomas for awhile but your beds are the best thing to happen to our kennel." Jane Galvin, Big Canoe Animal Rescue.

Visit Kuranda.com (http://www.kuranda.com) to find out more about these fine dog beds.

A Word From Frank:

Frank FleischerWell, a lots gone down since last we visited. We returned home to Toronto last week after a wonderful stay in California. It's funny, you look forward to a holiday for months and then it's gone, history. But it's good to be home, and good to have had the change of pace. I'm refreshed, and ready to begin again the process of finding the good stuff on the web about dogs.

You should have seen the welcome we got from Katie at the airport. I'm still drying myself off from all the kisses!

You might want to bookmark the article in the Health and Nutrition column titled "Is it an emergency?" This is one you might need to refer to in a hurry some day.

Our friend Jamie Wayne returns this issue with another refreshing slant on life with Fido at his brother's house... it's sure to give you a chuckle or two... find it in the Dog Humor section.

See you next time. Wishing you a warm puppy 'til then.
Frank

Dog Health & Nutrition: Is it an emergency?

http://www.canismajor.com/dog/emerlist.html

One of the toughest problems we dog owners ever face is having to decide whether or not to rush Max to the vet when something happens to him. Will a home remedy and a little extra attention do the trick, or is medical expertise needed? Dog Owner's Guide helps us solve the problem with "Is it an emergency?"
Dog Activities and Training: Sweet Rewards: Be Careful What You Reinforce

http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Meadows/4159/reinforce.html

A truly useful article that explains how so often when we think we're teaching our pup good habits, we're actually reinforcing bad habits. Plus, how to turn things around.

I kid you not. Protest has reached a new high in Germany, where dogs and their owners paraded in the heart of Berlin, seeking greater leash-free park access and such. What a kick! From Yahoo!News
Featured Dog Humor: Fido2, by Jamie Wayne

http://www.straight-poop.com/fido2.html

My yoga buddy, Jamie Wayne, once again graces our pages with "Fido2", a refreshing take on why he limits his dog loving to his brother's dog and doesn't have his own. I think you'll enjoy it.
